Joe Bock is an official with the University of Notre Dame and former Missouri state representative. He served in the Missouri House of Representatives as a Democrat for three terms, starting in 1986 after he defeated a sitting Republican representative.〔(Missouri History-Missouri State Legislators )〕 Bock then directed Catholic Relief Services programs in Haiti, Bosnia, Thailand, and other countries.
